3. Scope of Refund Eligibility

Coinclap maintains a strict no-refund policy for all monthly and annual subscription plans after the initial five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase. This includes, without limitation, full or partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or time-based credits for unused services after the initial refund window.
Coinclap is under no obligation to issue refunds or credits beyond the five-day guarantee period unless otherwise required by law. By subscribing to or purchasing any Coinclap offering, you agree to these terms and waive any rights to refund beyond the window explicitly provided herein.
5. 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We understand that expectations may vary and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we offer a 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee applicable to the first-time purchase of any eligible subscription or product on the platform. This guarantee begins on the exact date and time of the initial transaction.
Refund requests made within this window will be reviewed, processed, and, if found eligible, issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds issued under this policy are subject to a deduction of 2% to 4% to account for payment gateway processing fees.
Refund requests made after the expiration of the 5-day window will not be entertained under any circumstances, regardless of usage frequency, dissatisfaction, or technical issues.
6. Ineligible Refund Scenarios
Requests made after 5 calendar days from the purchase date.
Refund requests for monthly subscriptions after activation.
Refund requests for annual subscriptions beyond the 5-day period.
Dissatisfaction with course content where full content descriptions were provided at the time of purchase.
Technical issues arising from the user’s own device, connectivity, or software.
Lack of use or inactivity on the platform.
Buyer’s remorse or change of financial priorities.
Misinterpretation of content descriptions or value expectations.
Purchases made through promotional campaigns or discounted bundles, unless explicitly mentioned.
Perceived lack of outcomes or financial gains post-learning or course completion.
7. Refund Request Procedure
To submit a valid refund request within the 5-day eligibility window, users must email us at [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]".
Include the following details in the body of the message: Full name, Registered email address on Coinclap, Order ID / Transaction ID, Date and time of purchase, Reason for refund request.
Incomplete requests or failure to provide relevant order information may delay processing or result in denial.
8. Refund Processing and Timelines
Once a refund request is received, our support team will initiate a review process to verify eligibility. If the request falls within the acceptable conditions, we will approve and process the refund to the original method of payment.
Processing Time: Refunds may take 16 to 30 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Transaction Fee Deductions: As noted, 2–4% of the refund amount will be retained by Coinclap to offset non-refundable transaction charges incurred from payment gateways or service providers.
Notification: Users will receive an email confirmation of the refund issuance or denial decision.
9. Platform Learning Disclaimer
Coinclap provides educational content curated by finance professionals, experts, and content creators. However, Coinclap is not a financial advisor. The platform does not guarantee investment returns, accuracy of predictions, or applicability of strategies to all financial profiles.
Purchases made on Coinclap do not constitute financial advice or endorsements of any financial practice. Users must exercise personal discretion and are encouraged to consult with certified professionals before making financial decisions based on content consumed on Coinclap.

10. Purchases Through Third Parties
Coinclap is not liable for purchases made through external third-party platforms or payment gateways not officially integrated with our systems. Refunds for such transactions must be initiated directly with the third-party provider and are not covered under this Policy.
This includes but is not limited to purchases made through resellers, partner networks, unauthorized clones, or promotional links redirecting outside of Coinclap’s verified payment interface.
11. Policy Enforcement and Abuse Prevention
Coinclap reserves the right to deny refund requests suspected to be abusive, fraudulent, or intended to exploit our 5-day money-back guarantee. If we detect patterns of misuse — including but not limited to repeated refund claims, chargebacks without prior notice, or use of fake identities — the user’s account may be suspended or terminated.
Coinclap may also report such abuse to relevant financial institutions, payment processors, or law enforcement authorities as deemed necessary.
12. Refund Exceptions by Law
In rare instances, certain jurisdictions may legally mandate refund provisions that differ from the Coinclap Policy.
